I rode a bicycle which I had done in a while

that's why my thigh is really painful now.


but weather is so cool.
cozy and peaceful.



I found uphill like that.
actually i used to like ride on uphill.
so i couldn't wait to take it.

but it was steep and high too much.
as soon as I realized my condition is not that i used to be.....it was piece of cake..

we will not find toughness in a comfortable environment

that what i learn from yutube.

one guy who fat and lazy person.
he mationed that he's born natural lazy person.
you know
that's kind of person
just do whatever he want.
after work just sit back, watch TV and eat pizza

he spraying for cockroaches.
that was what his jop.
get further and further away from his ture self.

but after few years ago.
he became one of the navy seal with loss amounts of weight.

here's thing
what made him changed himself

and one day
he watched discovery Channel.
about navy seal.

they seemed like try to get through training
looks like hell

anyway.

he visualized
how would feel like?

of course
one of them was quitting
but it says 22 guys get through all of test.

and he started visualize
what if i become 23th

but he put himself there with fat body
he was imagine that.
not even able to do these guys were doing.

and then he started work out.

it was extremely hard training by himself
you know he was fat.
and then
he wanted to go distances
at that time he just wanted to make it. you know.

he was always quit. if he feel something to hard.
he put together and acting first. you know.

he had to lose it in literally 106 pounds in less than 3 mouths.
but he did.

My father got heart attack today.
he was like he can't breathe and felt like sharp pain in his heart.

we were panic...because it was first time he've ever got.
i called 119.
they asked me a lot of thing
like did he contact someone who went abroad recently.

yeah.. we have kind of process in here.
and further said
there might be no hospital around you ro accept.

you had to go to the 이대서울병원
I saw a lot of patients there..and at the same time
i realized that how old my father was.....

anyway. he was negative

thanks god.

as i got older
i started work out
i try to 3 or 4 times an week.

it's not easy of course
because nobody can concentrate at home.
but
when i feel procrastinate
i just decided
im gonna work in 10 minutes

if i don't feel keep going after 10 minutes
i would be stop.

but that hasn't happend yet.
that's really good way to make good habits
right?

ive sturdy so hard recently

i was not like that.
i used to don't like study any kind.

so my mom look at me
when i study in my room

she would say
if you had sturdy hard like that.
you would get seoul university.


sounds like familiar with that?


i think all parents would say like that.
anyway.

i had to quit this jop.
i know i hardly get that jop recently

but there are a reason why i had to do.

first that jop needs me talk to someone on the phone
while i driving .
i found that it could be dangerous right?
of course i could postpone that.
but im gonna have a lot of work after ignored

and second.
im gonna have to contect with bunch of clients
you know.
that's really owful.

they said.
even holiday or weekend.
they would answer the phone all the time

i can't do that for low payments
so i decided quit today..

new company is nearly by my place.
i took for just 25 minutes

that's good thing^^

because i used to get work place in an hour.

this is my old habit

as soon as i get up i study english for 40 minutes

some of them said that morning time is really important in your life

so i just copied it
that's my secret
if i found out good things
i just copy it

either way it does fit me or not.
if i Don't like the way
i just threw it

it feel great all the time after I've done my study every morning

i feel like get though all of stuff in a day.
