if you're one of member in korea company,
you're not gonna like it.
because you can't leave until your boss leave.
even if you have nothing to do in office.

company dinner and drink,
even if you don't wanna go there.
i Don't have choice..to go there..

but once foriner friends said that that's kind of culture is really benefit, benefit is productivity.

she futher said. she's from Australia.
Australia is good work- life balance.
that's mean is everything is slow.

if you order something in the mail.
it comes 2 weeks later.

she said that.

if you wanna get like customer service here.
they was like..is it okey you wait half and hour.

of course i can wait. i though i wound have to wait 2 days. like that?

ironically the culture of company in korea is it's really stuff and strict but that mean is that kind of structure is definitely productivity right?
